Stop reading reviews and go and read it blind... I did, and OMG, that was a ride. This book is for readers wanting to get out of their comfort zone, and have no triggers; this is a dark, deeply sexual book, and I've read many books, and I still had a moment of shock.

Yes, without saying too much, I recommend not reading it in public, due to unforeseen reactions you may get. Take it from someone who did, and I swear people were reading my mind and could see the words I was reading.

It was an unusual take on possessiveness, and humiliation, and had a strong leading lady, so push and pull, was intriguing, and before you start guessing. No! You will not see the twists.

WOW WOW WOW this book was soooo 🥵🥵
I absolutely loved this book I must admit I thought colt was a bit of an ass at the beginning but OMG I fell in love with him. Raylee is one badass chick who doesn't care wot people think about her. Together they are unstoppable. Don't get me started on the wine scene 🥵 . This book is so hot I thought my kindle would explode I just couldn't stop reading it I had to know wot happened next. I despise Nate and wanted to put my hand through my kindle and choke him. I loved how that one main character made an appearance ( I had a really long hot flush remembering his book) Shantel Tessier you are one amazing author your books are 🔥🔥🔥 I am never disappointed when I read one of your books I always know my kindle is gonna heat up pretty quick

So this book at times had me a times like wtf am I reading and am I right in the head for enjoying this 😂😂😂
This is a very dark and very steamy book!! And there is no tiptoeing into the story you are thrown in the deep end from the start!!!
The only thing I struggled with was the humiliation side, I’m all for the degrading and the rest cause it’s hot and the book boyfriends doing it are hot 😂 but humiliation just gives me the ick sometimes… but I got to say the hate s*x and the intense connection Raylee and Colt have is insanely good! The spice level in this book is so freaking good!!
There was a moment when I felt sorry for Nate after what the boys did to him but that quickly changed and he deserved worse 😂😂
The ritual is one of my favourite books I’ve read this year so it was so good to get a little bit of that world again
For me I went into this book blind cause I enjoy that so I don’t want to give any thing away mu recommendation is to go into it blind (if not easily triggered) but if you are easily triggered please check the trigger warnings before you read it as it’s very dark and deals with heavy topics

This book just worked!

If you loved The Ritual like I did you may be worried how Shantel could follow it … spoiler alert, she did!!

Taboo, degradation, sharing, violence, psycho H - perfection!

I will always recommend that if you have no triggers you go in blind - I went in blind and parts of this book were unexpected in the best possible way!

This is absolutely the kind of book I love to read and will recommend to anyone who will listen!

It won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but if you have an open mind you will not be disappointed!

Is Colton the kind of book boyfriend you should want , absolutely not , do I love him anyway - 1000% and I am more than okay with what that says about me 😂

Knocked it out the park again with this one 🖤

This was the first book I read by this author! I was not disappointed. This is a dark enemies to lovers romance. So make sure that you read the TW before hand.

Raylee and Colton have a somewhat f**ked up relationship. They’re stepbrother and sister who can’t keep away from one another. And they’re both pretty toxic to each other. It’s a love hate relationship.

I really enjoyed this story. Raylee is a sl*t, but she doesn’t shy away from it. Instead she owns who she is. It’s a great take on modern feminism as it also talks about how there’s a double standard for males and females. Raylee gets called a ‘slut’ and ‘whore’ for enjoying sex. Yet the boys are not called these names for soo the same thing.

Raylee is a strong woman who doesn’t let anything deter her. However, Colt is her weakness. Colt knows what Raylee needs, he knows exactly how to read her body and he’s the only one who can satisfy her. And knowing this gives him a power where he thinks he can control her.

Also, I liked the character development. Especially when they both started to realise that that hate for one another is so much more.

I recommend this book, it is definitely a must read if you are not affected by another of the TW then go shards and read this book. I guarantee you’ll enjoy it!

Colt is one crazy messed up hot SOB. Loved his crazy butt. Colt and raylee hate each other but can’t get enough of each other. After colt releases a sec video of him and raylee so no one else can have her she goes a little crazy.
I’m not gonna lie I loved this book completely devoured it in a few hours and did not want it to end. I love shantels books so not sure why I waited so long to read this one. If it’s on your tbr list I’d go run and read it now.
Hope the others get there own books to because I love Alex 🥵

Wow! I had high hopes with this book after The ritual and Slaughter, Sabotage did not disappoint.

Before it even gets into the story the prologue had me WEAK! Shantel tessier knows exactly what our dark souls need and crave. Colt and Raylee are toxic and explosive but my god they're incredible together.

I'm still slightly speechless and unsure of how even to describe the rest if the book. All i am saying is if you have a darkened heart and love a spicy read READ IT!!

But check TW ⚠️ it has alot

The most steamiest book that I’ve read of Shantel’s The female character she is one strong girl! Also loved the fact that there was some of Ryat and Tyson in there. Colt is one hell of a male lead character but what else would you expect from someone that’s graduated from Barrington. The sex scenes are 🔥🔥🔥 as ever!!!

This was crazy from the get go! Loved it!!! I loved how absolute bad*** Raylee was, like she owned everything 🙌🏽 Colt, felt like I probably should of disliked him but i was obsessed with him 😂 Would have like a little more from at the end, just them actually together. It was so so hot!

I read the trigger warnings to go into this.

Kindle brings you straight into the story, you need to go backwards to view them.

This is everything I needed and more, I came out of reading a YA fantasy novel and needing my smut fix, and oh boy did I get it!

I loved the film Cruel Intensions and thought the step brother and step sister were made for each other. This book gives me everything Cruel Intensions didn’t, it gave me the ending I wanted.
