Hating someone has never been so hot!

"The Devil rolled into town and Everything went straight to hell..."

Finally we get Devi's HEA and yes! she gets thoroughly Hot And Bothered by Dane Davenport, her own personal Devil.

Story Goes, Dane is the hotshot Rich kid with a "better than you" chip on his shoulder and Devi's the new girl in school with a "couldn't give a flying fbomb" attitude. They take and instant dislike in each other. Fast forward a few years and Devi and Dane meet again and once again fireworks fly!

I always enjoy Jaine Diamond's books and this one is no exception. I really enjoyed seeing into Devi's life and Dane was certainly and interesting character to meet. As always, with Jaine's books the back story and subplot is as captivating as the Romance and for Dirty Fans, We even find out a little more about Lex.

The Romance was pretty hot and steamy. Its starts off with a real "Love to Hate you" thing going on between them with a few lovely emotional moments. In fact I actually got a little tearful at one point.

Even though this book stepped away from my favourite Rockstar theme, I found it an enjoyable read and it introduced some very interesting Badboys that I cannot wait to see again.

It took me a while to get Into this book,, but once I started reading a bit further I started to enjoy it, Devi & Dane are a good match for each other, I loved how the characters from Dirty & Players where mentioned, you can't have a book about Devi with out Katie, I looking forward to reading the rest of this series,its going to be just as amazing as the Dirty/Players was

Another great read by Jane was looking forward to Devi story and was not disappointed. It started of slow for me but then picked up the pace was fantastic!! Dane is definitely another hottie on my list and enjoyed the extended epilogue can’t wait for more in this series ❤️❤️

I thought when I started reading this book I would have really got right into it, but I kept reading waiting for it to pick up but found it a bit boring,it was a bit slow as well getting into anything interesting I did last to the end though.

I loved this book and it had the same style as the Dirty and Player series’! I enjoyed the majority and can’t wait for the next book. I did however post a bit of interest towards the end as the storyline took a bit of a silly turn but still an enjoyable read.

This story was do much fun to read. Dane was such a strong but vulnerable character. The women in this story had so much strength, and support for each other. Even when they fought the showed their strength s. So enjoyed Dane and Devil story.

Great book, a bit long but definitely a good read

So, loved the book. Even though it felt a little long in parts with the internal dialogue, BUT, at about the 80% mark, i was LIVID at Dane and then Devi's subsequent response to his bailing, that I took off a star.
Without giving away much, short version, Dane decides he needs to clear his mind, and simply leaves without telling Devi where or how long. Gives her a, 'i need this and i wont be gone but a few weeks but you cant contact me' Huh? okay. They went through some traumatic shiz and then he bails? Ok, people deal differently. So what if she's freaking out not knowing he's okay or alive. No biggie. Then he randomly comes back from his bro vacation and gets wasted when he should be kissing the ground she walks on begging her back and apologizing for his selfishness. But no, he gets wasted and runs into her while wasted. Then Devi is all like, 'oh i just wanna lick him' or 'he's so adorable and vulnerable when drunk.' Back up Devi! What happened to the take no shiz woman you were the entire book. I mean, even to the point, at times, I was like, Okay, calm down Devi, you dont need to be that hard on the guy. So, my point is, it was a complete character reversal from her normal. To simply accept that he left, and when he comes back he doesnt call or attempt to meet her, but gets drunk, acts a fool, and her response is to coddle and swoon over him.

I know i was complaining a lot in that above description. DONT Get me wrong. I enjoyed the book. And totally suggest you read it too. I really enjoyed the book and will read more from this author. I just had a personal dislike for how this part of the story went. Also thought they obsessed a little about highschool memories too much. I mean, does everyone else really obsess over highschool 12 years later? And I'm just in the minority and could give 2 shizes what happened in highschool? Maybe I am, and maybe this is just another personal dislike i had. But it felt a little obsessive to constantly have these characters go on and on about high school.
