WOW if you are a fan of CM’s work you are going to LOVE this book. And if you haven’t ever read any of her books but are a fan of romance with enemies-to-lovers/love-hate you are going to love this!

Like many others I have been waiting for Scarlett’s book since reading the havoc series! Let’s just say this was well worth the wait.
Scarlett is a force to be reckoned with, Queen bee! Then we have Bohnes, Widow, Alexi and who can forget Aspen each one of them damaged and Psycho! Also Illegal car racing what’s not to love!!

I can’t wait for book 2 in this series easy 5🌟 review to give!!

enjoyed the author's writing style/flow/ ease of reading. Really loved the story, the guys, the strong female lead, its different from the other series. It's more so the guys that are looking for a relationship almost, not scarlet. I liked that Scarlet was already a Alpha and in charge. Also the way each of the guys (also Alpha personalities) were introduced was done really well, it gave me a chance to connect to each one separately (in other books of this genre it can be hard to distinguish between the love interests as the arent so individual, nor have their own connection/separate storyline with the FMC).
Having another storyline woven through about Aspen, away from just the romance made the story more well rounded and fuller/ more depth. I literally couldn't stop reading! I do really like the authors writing style, some of my fav books have been from the author, however each series is completely different from each other. this one is filled with more angst / a bit darker (in a good way).
I would most def recommend, I am pre ordering the next book, i cant wait!

Oh my god!!! She did it again! Another amazing sexy, gripping, thrilling book, I'm hooked again.

What an amazing story with a sexy leading lady her bad ass girls and guys I'm gonna dream about every night till the next book comes 😜.

This book didn't just get me hooked it pulled me, thrilled me and left me panting for more. This is another wonderful RH from this amazing author. Some how she just writes these books that you can't put down desperate for more and left wanting the next fix.

If you have loved her previous books then gives this a go, it's story and characters will blow your mind.

Stars given on level of engagement;

5 stars - less than a day to read because I cannot put it down. I only give 5 stars if it has managed to engage extra emotions from me - extreme lol moments or real teary moments etc. A 5 stars book tends to have me raging about cliff hangers and (legally and not creepily) stalking the author for release dates.

4 stars - 2 days to read or less. A book that I have quite enjoyed reading, feisty MC and some racy scenes with thier romantic interest. I would definitely follow a series and author for 4 star books.

3 stars - takes around 2/3 days to read, usually because I have become distracted and less engaged in some sections but by the end the end I have enjoyed the overall story and would read any sequels.

1/2 stars not given, as I have usually returned it without finishing as I'm not engaged. .

I’ve seen this series recommended so many times that I had to read it. I’ve started it before but didn’t get far. This time I made myself read it all and finish it. I had to know what was so great about it. I don’t like Scarlett so that made it difficult to read. She’s so full of herself. I can’t see why all the guys are so smitten with her. I must be missing something there.
Anyway, I do like the boys. They’re interesting. The story does get interesting too in the very last chapter and I’m interested enough to read the next book.

I loved this story about Scarlett and her friends from Prescott High. It's a school fuelled on violence, bribery, theft, sex and racing. Scarlett seems to be collecting boytoys but something doesn't seem right. Her ex-best friend Lem is infatuated with the Mayor's son then she moves into the family home. WTF? She needs to get to the bottom of this or Lem might end up dead. Hot read!

I enjoyed this book, had me hooked from page one. It’s different from the usual dark romances that I read but it’s a good story line. I wasn’t sure what to think of the guys at first as they are not what most books typically describe the main characters to look like but somehow it fits and they still sound attractive.
Worth a read.

Scarlet has the correct last name as she is a force to be reckoned with. Love the crew and the rest of the characters although I found Lemon to whiny. Her guys well I’m torn between Bohnes and Widow but I have a soft spot for Alexei and Ash I can’t wait to see where their relationship goes in book 2 .

This had me gripped from the start. I have missed books with a kick a** FMC and this book had it all.

It's well written I didn't see any spelling or grammatical errors throughout the whole book.

I cannot wait for the next installment to come out. 5* and worth every one. 😁
