C’est une très bonne histoire, très romantique basée sur le fait que les personnages de Saint et Kinley ne sont pas au meilleur moment de leur vie pour construire une relation : Le personnage de Saint est définitivement agaçant au début avec son immaturité, et la réputation qui en découle. Mais en même temps, il devient vite attachant lorsqu’il rencontre Kinley, sa voisine célibataire, enceinte et petite sœur du capitaine de son équipe de hockey.
L’histoire est très bien écrite, simple, mais avec des rebondissements en raison des multiples obstacles qui les entourent.

I loved this book from start to finish, couldn’t put it down. I love Saint and Kinley and I didn’t want the book to end. Kendall Ryan is an amazing author.

I have never written a review before. But I can't resist this time. I have read the previous books from this series but this one was such a disappointment for me. You just knew how it all will end with the forever happy ending within two chapters. No plot twist, just plain romantic story without deeper thought. And the theme is so resourceful. There could have been something more to it...

It wasn't the worst book, I've read, but it was nothing special. The wild, crazy player of the team (whose ways of speaking and acting are kind of gross) suddenly turns into the nice boy next door on the first few pages and fights for the very pregnant woman who is the family doormat and can't stand to her feelings and is easily influenced by other people's opinions. I still don't know why the team Captain hated him so much. Not being on board with the guy's adventures, ok, but he actually hates him. They act like boys in kindergarten ("when I tell coach you will be suspended"). The female mc is torn between her wishes and desires and the opinion of everybody around her. Everything is superficial, their relationship, their friends, their family ties. The mother was thrown in in one phone call to show that the female lead was really on her own and then didn't play any role at all. Her only function was to plant doubt in the mc's heart. There was no real chemistry, it was just like many, many works of mass production, recycled and nothing new. A bad boy who is suddenly sweet is not enough for a good story.

This is another sweet story that just makes your heart happy. It's nice to read a book like this every now and then, just puts a smile on your face.

Hoping there will be a book on Reeves next???

I fell in love with Saint throughout the series and was so excited for his book. I think maybe I had really high expectations for the baddest of the boys. The relationship was so rushed and forced. I didn't feel the connection and the chemistry between the characters like I did the others in this series. I mean don't get me wrong, I love that he settles down and changes his ways but he was basically living with her on the second day. He never asked about the baby daddy? Then her mom was overprotective and worried but then later says she wasn't involved. I would have liked to know more about why Reeves was so abrasive and protective then..he basically didn't have a relationship with her... Many holes here for me. Always a fan of Kendall though and will continue to support her books. <3

The Looking to Score series has been such an enjoyable one! Kendall Ryan did it again with The Rebound, which was a super read.

Saint is trying to make sure he stays between the lines so he doesn't get in trouble with his team's head coach or the captain of the team, who has basically been watching him like a hawk. The last thing he expects is a new neighbor who is pregnant and in need of some help being the thing that helps keep him on the straight and narrow.

Kinley has recently moved into the building, she's expecting and she is newly single. As she's struggling to move a box from the bottom floor up to her apartment, she meets her neighbor, who she feels like is a little too good to be true. He's gorgeous, sweet and willing to help with just about anything.

Saint and Kinley start spending time together and form a quick friendship. That friendship starts to blossom into more and then it's revealed that Kinley is the little sister of the team captain, who isn't Saint's biggest fan. Will they be able to make it work? Or will big brother convince his sister Saint isn't the right person for her?

I honestly couldn't turn the pages of this one fast enough. It's very rare for me these days to sit down and read a book in a matter of hours, but I did it with this one. So enjoyable!

Such a hot and sweet, pregnancy romance between a hockey hottie and the new girl in town.

Kinley is starting over. Once she found out she was pregnant and her boyfriend wasn’t at all interested, she packed up her life and moved to a new city. Now at least she has her brother to help as she starts over and gets ready for motherhood.

Her first friend just happens to be a hot guy who lives in her building. They become fast friends until her brother finds out. Saint has a bit of a bad boy reputation and he happens to be her brothers least favorite teammate.

However, sparks fly and although they decide to be just friends, sometimes you just can’t fight attraction.

A story of friendship, growing up and falling in love. Saint transforms from a wild playboy to a man you can both drool over and count on. He became a caring partner and a better man. Kinley will find her way as she navigates becoming a new mom and falling for the first guy she meets. Not all rebounds are temporary. This one was for keeps.

I really enjoyed Saint and Kinley. Both wonderful characters with hot chemistry that was so much more. They formed a connection that was built on a friendship that evolved. A wonderful romance with a whole lot of love.

Saint needs to clean up his image and behavior or be suspended by the team. Going into the off-season, this could be a challenge to stay occupied and out of trouble. Bumping into his new neighbor, Kinley, as she struggles to carry a heavy box, he offers to help. Suddenly, he finds himself looking forward to hanging out with Kinley as her helps her get to know the neighborhood and settle into her condo. Kinley didn’t expect to be a single parent but is embracing her pregnancy while appreciating the help her brother provided with a place to stay. She is stunned by comfortable connection she has with Saint as he keeps finding ways to help her and making her feel not so alone. Of course, what will happen when Saint realizes her brother is his nemesis on the hockey team? I had fun with Saint and Kinley. I feel like Saint was lost and with the adoration he got as a hockey player, he would over indulge without really considering the consequences. Just enjoying the fame. But knowing this is putting his career in jeopardy, he knows he needs to make a change and deep down, he is a caretaker. His willingness to help Kinley, no questions asked, is sweet. Kinley is so focused on doing everything herself, letting Saint help was a little hard while refreshing for her. I appreciated the slow burn to their romance.
