Wow another fantastic read from this fabulous author. Miles brother no.3 Elliots story with Kate was enthralling from the start. The story drew you in their love hate start had many laugh out loud moments . The animal scenes in Elliots new how mad me chuckle Humphrey and Co classic genius writing …. And the twist in the story in the end was a light bulb moment at the last minute … appearances from all the fabulous brothers was an added bonus get on board with the miles brothers one journey you don’t want to miss ❤️

Well T L Swan… you have done it yet again! You’ve absolutely captivated me and pulled me in. Every single book that you write has this power and I end up literally transfixed as I turn each page with eager anticipation.

If you haven’t already read the other two books in the Miles High Series, (The Stopover and The Takeover) I would strongly suggest that you read these too - preferably before this one. Although you can read this as a standalone title, you would possibly enjoy it a little more knowing about Elliot’s older brother in the Miles family.

This book centres around Elliott ‘Casanova’ Miles. Third oldest son of media mogul, George Miles, he’s a multi millionaire with a reputation of being a bit of a player. Usually with a beautiful supermodel, actress or artist on his arm, he’s paparazzi hot property.

To the outside world it would appear that he laps it all up, but deep down Elliot Miles is a hopeless romantic who is desperate to find ‘the one’. He doesn’t want superficial arm candy or some fame hungry socialite. He wants real love. The fairytale happy ending. He believes his true love is out there and fate will guide them together.

But finding her is proving difficult. Elliot has become obsessed with a reclusive artist, Harriet Boucher through her works of art. He believes her art speaks to him and that it’s all part of some sign. His brothers think he’s mad, but he knows there’s some connection to the paintings and the woman of his dreams.

So imagine the curve ball he finds himself facing when a cheeky CCTV chance glimpse of his arch nemesis, Kathryn, has him suddenly feeling something like attraction. How could the woman he’s termed as the wicked witch be conjuring up these feelings - after 7 years of despising each other it makes no sense that he is having these feelings.

Kathryn (or Kate) also can’t understand why seemingly out of the blue, the man who has made no secret of his dislike for her is suddenly being nice to her - it’s like he’s seeing her for the first time.

There’s a lot of initial hostility as they both try to make reason out of the strange shift in attraction. As the sparks of passion begin to crackle and come to life they both start to see each other for who they are. Kate isn’t at all wicked - she’s still grieving the loss of her parents which makes her wary of being hurt, whilst Elliot is all to aware of how the paparazzi and media can ruin a relationship and he doesn’t want that for Kate.

Gradually they start to develop this amazingly beautiful and hot-as-heck fiery passionate relationship - but Elliot doesn’t want to make their relationship public because the thought of hurting Kate or losing her is too much.

There’s so much to live about this couple. I love Kate’s sassy, strong and no nonsense persona, but she’s vulnerable and very often that is when Elliot truly sees the woman he loves. He will do anything to protect her and keep her safe. He’s never had feelings like this before and even though he can’t bring himself to say it directly - he’s in love with her.

Now there’s lots of fabulous nuances and little twists that constantly keep you thinking and wondering where the plot will lead. The artist, the dating app, the touchy-feely roommate… It’s also very emotive, and you might need a box of tissues. There are so many times when you just want to scream at them both to stop being so damn stubborn and admit they love each other. But, ultimately you really want to see this couple succeed in getting their happily forever after ending. It’s a bumpy road but the ending will have you breathing a huge sigh of overwhelming relief.

Another fantastic TL Swan book. You never disappoint and I can’t wait for more of your work to be published…. Because I’ve read them all now.

I absolutely loved this book. I feel that I’ve gone through the entire gamut of emotions reading The Casanova. In no particular order I’ve felt hate, anger, love, amusement, frustration and even felt tears well up at one point and all usually down to the actions of the hero. This is the ultimate enemies to lovers story where my sympathies lie entirely with the heroine. Elliott Miles is the ultimate stereotype of what becomes of spoilt brats – they grow up to be arrogant and elitist businessmen with a childish streak a mile wide. His one redeeming feature is the love he has for his family. Basically as a character he is a complete pig and one that you love to hate…. until he meets his ‘inherited’ farmyard menagerie, at which point my heart melted, in between the fits of laughter that is, as he came to terms with country life and the fact that it’s not only the household variety of pets that are for life. The heroine Kate is the perfect foil for him even though I do feel she should be a redhead the way her temper erupts any time they clash but then she does have the same effect on Elliott. The sparks really do fly whenever they are in the same room. It was obvious right from the start that when they did finally make as far as the bedroom they would set the sheets on fire, the chemistry between them was so electric.

I honestly didn’t think this book could be as good as the Takeover but I think it might just be better but that sets the bar high for Christopher’s book when it’s released.

Elliot Miles. The Casanova. Wow! Kate is mortified that the guy she is chatting with on a dating app might be her boss. The boss that she detests! When Elliot sees Kate in a totally different light he can’t think of anyone else…or can he? I wanted to kill Elliot at one point in the book…you’ll know it when you get to it. Thankfully he redeems himself and there is the beautiful HEA from TL Swan but the journey to get there had me in bits! Such a rollercoaster of emotions accompanied by laughter and tears. This book is my favourite in the series. I need to see this onscreen, especially the farm animal parts … comedy gold! TL Swan is a Queen at what she does and I await the next book like a loyal subject.
Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of my favourites. I seem to say that about all of T L Swan’s books, she really is that good. Well written with real laugh out loud moments, great characters, with some moments that you feel are down to earth and really could happen. Absolutely love the animals in this one, they are hilarious. As usual I feel a bit on an emotional rollercoaster, love books that give me moments of laughter and tears ( yes I really am sad enough to cry at bits). This book gave me all that with an overall feel good and a HEA. Looking forward to reading about Christopher as I assume that will be the next in this series.

I am a huge TL Swan fan, and absolutely love her writing style. I love every single book she has written, but my goodness The Casanova knocked it out of the park.

The third instalment of the Miles High Club brothers and Elliot did not disappoint!!!! Goodness me he is hotness 🔥 personified.

I love the interactions with his brothers which had me in stitches.

This book evoked every emotion possible, I was laughing out loud, wanting to shout in frustration and crying.

Kate’s character is perfect, her wit and sass are incredibly written, and I absolutely adore how her character grows through the book and the depth of emotion beneath her exterior.

Her and Elliot are a perfect match, but the path is of course not smooth. There are some amazing twists and turns!

I didn’t want this book to end and have the book hangover from hell now.

Phenomenal read from an absolutely phenomenal author!

I had high expectations for this read and I wasn’t disappointed, I laughed so much and I sighed so much and I might even have shed a tear or 2! Elliot is the third of four brothers who run a media company and Elliot quite rightly so is named The Casanova. Kate is the IT consultant in his business and they hate each other, until they don’t! Their story is fun and fast. There are so many highlights I cannot show them all in this review but enough to say the brothers and their families are here and I honestly have never laughed so much when reading about this family. The twists in this read will have your head spinning and your heart thumping and not just with love, I was super mad with Elliot……..you will have to read, you won’t be disappointed

While I enjoyed this story and liked the characters, The Casanova didn't have the same impact as the other two in the series. I knew the Takeover would be a hard act to follow but The Casanova fell short in a few areas. Firstly, while the premise of the story was good, it felt rushed. At times I got the feeling that TL Swan had written a series of scenes and then just cobbled them together into a book. There wasn't a lot of cohesion from one scene to the next, more so in the middle of the book in and around the house, Enchanted. It's as though she'd wanted a series of humorous scenarios, written them and then just dropped them into the story for some comedy value. I was also unsure about the inclusion of Daniel - at first I thought he was going to be a comedic character, but he didn't really fulfil that potential. I found he added little substance to the story because he was a halfway measure of a best friend/comedy character/love rival and his relationship with Kate felt forced and unnaturally quick because the story needed a BFF. My main gripe however, was the dialect that was used by the British characters, it was often American. Someone who is British wouldn't say windshield, trunk or elevator and some of the Kate's phrasing was also very American, especially when she was cursing Elliot. I kept being surprised when I'd suddenly remember it was set in London. Aside from that though, I did enjoy it and I loved Elliot and Kate. It was also lovely to hear from Tristan and his boys again, who are always good for a laugh. All in all 3.5 stars from me. Can't wait now to hear what Christopher is going to get up to

They say the pen is mightier than the sword, ‘they’, unlike Elliot Miles, haven’t been on the receiving end of Kathryn Landon’s tongue…jeez she’s savage! She’s buttoned up, prim and prissy and seems to get her jolly’s from taking verbal jabs at the boss. The boss has a reputation and barely concealed desire to doing unspeakably horrid things to his nemesis. In her defence, her grief and vile sibling have given her her fair share of trauma to deal with. This book is the adult version of playground pigtail pulling, on steroids! They find a way to communicate, largely unbeknownst to the other and that is it’s own source of funny. You root for them, you hope his quest leads to happiness the way all good readers hope for and you will absolutely clutch at your imaginary pearls at various points of this journey. My absolute standout favourite TL Swan book has been discovered right here.
