Another great addition to the series. The storyline was intriguing and entertaining. Loved the characters, who new Rafe would find his one and have their HEA. Overall a nice, easy read!

MC books can be either very good or very bad, but seldom in the mid-range. That is until I read Secrets We Keep. While I would not classify this book as a true MC story, there are certain influences leaning in that direction. I loved the characters, although Marlow could be rather irritating in her naivety. Rafe probably exhibited more patience with her than most men would, but they do seem to get their HEA.

Rage has always wanted to be part of the Sinners MC. Now that he is his life couldn't be any better until he sees Marlowe. Marlowe has been the outcast of the family since day one. To find herself she moved to a whole new city with no one. She has made a new life for herself and seems to have everything. But when things in her past come to light and cross over into the Sinners who knows what will happen. But one thing is for sure Rafe will make her his and keep her safe.

This book was okay not as good as book two. The behind the scenes storyline was kind of a dud to me.

This is actually a pretty good MC series. I find it interesting that there are pieces that thread together through each story. I liked both these individuals and was happy they found each other.

Secrets We Keep is the third book in the Ruthless Sinners series, told in dual POV. Absolutely love this series and the characters. Rafe and Marlowe’s story was a wonderful addition, just love these two!

Rafe knew from his teen years that he was going to be a Ruthless Sinner, it was his dream from the time he heard the thunder of their pipes roaring down the road and saw the patch on their backs, that was what he wanted more than anything.
Marlowe left behind everything she knew when she moved out of parents home and drove to Tennessee. She needed to get away from the shadow she was living under.

I love how Rafe and Marlowe just “fit”, they are so easy together and while there is drama, twists and angst they just “get” each other. When Marlowe finds out secrets about her past and how they could destroy what she has with Rafe and puts her family in danger, even with their issues, she knows she has to do find a way to keep them all safe, but how?

I absolutely loved Rafe and Marlowe! They are both such likable characters, the way they interact with each other, their banter, and the way Rafe supports her and shows her how she never belonged in the shadows but instead how she is the light. I love the way Ms. Wilder pulls us into her stories and makes us feel like we are right there with them. I’m always eager to learn more about all the characters and I love seeing the brotherhood and club issues in MC novels, as well as the romance that is being written and that’s exactly how Ms. Wilder writes her stories.
This series is a must read! Can’t wait for the next books in this series! Thank you L. Wilder for another amazing book!

Secrets We Keep was the third book in the Ruthless Sinners series by L Wilder.

I loved the prologue. It was the perfect back story and beginning for the book. Rafe was a patched member of the MC who had a vital part in each book to date. The prologue took us back to the first time he saw the Sinners as a child and with that, desire and loyalty were born.

Marlowe grew up just the opposite. The only loyalty she ever saw was the loyalty her parents gave to her younger sister. She may not have been physically or sexually abused, but it was mental abuse just the same. She finally cut her ties and made a fresh start thousands of miles away in Nashville, TN. With her new job as a bartender, Marlowe’s life began to intersect with the Sinners and the story fully began.

Wilder took us through Marlowe’s introduction to Nashville and the Ruthless Sinners. Simultaneously, she continued the suspenseful plot from the previous book, which took a few twists and turns unveiling a masterful plot.

In the end, it was a quick and enjoyable read that was both well written and well developed. And I loved the MC bond and loyalty that has been the common thread in each book. I’m not sure where Wilder will take us next but we have so many brothers still to explore. My guess is Country or Menace will be next! Regardless, I’m all in and can’t wait!

Love this one too…
But the typos are starting to happen more often in the last few books across each of the series. Not sure what’s going on.
You will be reading from one point of view only to go into another’s for a few sentences or even a paragraph then back to the other.
It happen in this one toward the end then she referenced Rafe in a way that made it seem like he was one of the other guys. It’s not a huge deal, you just have reread the page to get back on track. Editors need to recheck their work though, it’s been happening a lot more often.

Sweet, sexy and full of MC action. A quick, easy read with an insta-love romance and a bunch of hunky Ruthless Sinners brothers. The bad boy, younger brother Rafe is intrigued by the good girl Marlowe. She ran from a horrible family and made a new life for herself that lands with her bartending in the Sinners strip club. I love this couple as they fall in love and explore their sexy side. The action and adventure part of the story is exciting, a little unpredictable and better than the previous stories. I like the growth of the club and the personalities of the brothers coming out with each story. Country is a hoot, Menace is a force and Widow is a bit of a mystery, plus a few new prospects are in the mix. Of course, the gruff president Viper is front and center as tough decisions need to be made. I look forward to the next installment. Love the beautiful covers in this series!

I discovered Author Leslie Wilder in Late December 2019
I also discovered my love of MC around that time and have not really stepped off the MC journey since
The thing I find I love about MC stories are the many MC Characters throughout the story that contribute to the first in the series.
Leslie does just this. Her ability to create characters in the story that are part of a bigger story throughout the series is amazing
With every book we delve deeper into the main story and hints of what to come
Rage & Marlowe’s romance is our such story in The Secrets We Keep
Marlowe’s determination to forge her own life away from a family who showed no interest to in her brings her to Tennessee and into the life of Rafe and his MC brothers by working in a bar named Crocketts which happens to be owned by the Grandmother of one of the Ruthless Sinners
This story unravelled many secrets in regards to Marlowe that she herself did not know and the twists that come about with the Ruthless Sinners
There is this sense of Old School Pride one gets from reading about Leslie’s older characters she creates throughout the story in Glady’s Ada and Ford
I don’t get sad at the end of one of the Ruthless Sinners books, as there is always more to come
I think I can say I’m looking forward to Country if he gets one

“Secrets We Keep” is the third book in the series “Ruthless Sinners” written by L. Wilder. Although it is part of saga, this work can be read on its own as I did. I liked it and I will certainly look for the first ones to continue reading about the members of this motorcycle club. This instalment presents Rafe and Marlowe. The two cannot deny the attraction that has arisen between them. But both the bike rider and the bartender hide secrets that, with a war on the horizon, will put everything they care about in danger, even their own lives.
This book portrays an electrifying combination of action, mystery and romance that turn it into a fascinating read. It immerses the reader into a world of particular values and codes, and alpha men and strong women that will do anything to protect their club and its members. I strongly recommend it.
