Another great book in this series. The story line doesn’t disappoint and it is full of action as well as introspective moments which help give characters depth and realism. Rory and Chris are really fun to get to know, and their antics leave readers wanting more snippets of their story of and their friends’, and hoping the next book isn’t far behind - eagerly awaiting to read Roman’s and Harper’s story soon!

This was the first book I’ve read by this author. I thought it was a stand alone but I felt I had been dropped into an ongoing story because I didn’t get the back stories on most of the characters. This was more my fault than the author’s.

The Stealth Ops series continues and I have to say that I just found my new favorite from the entire series. This isn’t an easy feat because I could never figure out an actual favorite… at least until Rory and Chris came along. These two had me laughing, crying, wanting to toss my kindle across the room… all the emotions I could possibly feel all at once.

Brittney did it again with this book. From the very start, you are pulled into a book that had you on the edge of your seat wondering what was going on. Her attention to detail and way with words suck you into the story so deep that you feel like you are right there living and breathing each moment as they happen.

Chris and Rory are a force to be reckoned with. These two are beyond perfect for each other and their banter is one for the record books. I absolutely adore the way they interact with each other, with their friends and family. They take no prisoners and hold nothing back.

The Stealth Ops just keep getting better and better and I cannot wait to see what Brittney has up her sleeve for Roman and Finn. Those boys are going to be quite the handful considering their antics in the books preceding them!

Five stars for this action packed military romance that will keep you guessing until the very end. You don’t want to miss it and if you haven’t already, go start at the very beginning with Finding His Mark. The sleepless nights will all be worth it!

There is something extraordinary and unique about Brittney Sahin; she can write multiple books and tell a new story each time. We get introduced to a new set of bad guys and girls, the Stealth Family comes together even more, and we get to see the hilarious chap wearing “Git Up” side of them.

Chris Hunter wants nothing more than to be around the girl who caught his eye. Hoping to convince Rory to help him train the so-called untrainable dog, Bear, and get to know her some more. Living the secret Op life hasn’t always been easy, and using humor to cover up his pain has been his saving grace. Will Chris be able to keep his not so security life away from Rory, or will it drag them both under?

Rosemary “Rory” McAdams has lived a life of spontaneity. Started with treasure hunting and then off to save the animals. Now living the retired life, she hopes that her roots will grow in NOLA, and the travel bug stays away. Though having Chris come back into her life so soon isn’t bad either, it just wasn’t what she expected. Can Rory put down roots, or will traveling call out to her again?

Liam has been dethroned. Yes, people, you heard it first. I honestly didn’t think it was possible, but he has been. Chris found a way into my heart that gripped and held on tight. I am still reeling over this book and can’t wait to get the paperback in my hands to read and tab the heck out of it. I love the way Chris and Rory love each other and how they never gave up. They spent most of their lives keeping secrets, and layer by layer, their guard came down, and we got to witness two beautiful people come together. I felt like I was the invisible third wheel. I never truly felt left out until the end. I could have kept reading them for FOREVER!

There was a crossover in this book that had me squealing with happiness. We get to see some of Sebastian, Emilia, and Adam. I loved how The League worked with the Stealth guys to take out the bad guys. This book does cross country lines, yes, that was plural, and sometimes it’s done willingly or not.

There is so much to this book—so many twists and turns, who is good or who is dirtier than a porta-potty. I highly recommend this book.

Great action, great crossover, great story, great everything. This book starts off with a huge surprise twist and the adventure, romance, and humor just kept coming. Rory is a fabulous female character - smart, strong, secure. Chris has a huge heart. They made a great team.

While this is the 8th book in the series, all of Brittney Sahin's books are so different so you won't feel like you are reading the same story over and over again.

The continuation of the Harper-Roman storyline arc was amazing- can't wait until it's their turn.

Loved it and will be a repeat read

Chasing Fortune is an amazing read! The entire Stealth Ops series is one of my favorites.

Chris, Echo 3, is one of my favorite characters in this series. You find out so much more about him, his past and childhood. You will laugh at him for his silliness and humor, your heart will ache for his past, and you will love him for his compassion.

Rory has had her share of adventures, but when she decides to leave her past behind and start a new beginning as a dog trainer, her past comes back to haunt her. Chris and the team do whatever it takes to help her.

This book will have you on the edge of your seat, laughing, crying and all sorts of emotions. I couldn't put this book down!!

Brittney, its amazing how you bring all the characters to life. You feel like you know them by the end of each book. Thank you for writing such an amazing series and I cant wait to see what happens next!

And Roman & Harper!! Oh my gosh!! So many hints and tidbits about them are woven throughout this book.

Let’s not forget the awesome crossover in this book! The special ops team & the League come together to take down one heck of a nasty villain. We see Emilia & Sebastian kick butt and take names while fighting for the greater good.

To sum up, this book had me squealing in delight and reading well into the night! It left me with a book high I’ll gladly take any day. This book is a must read! Special thanks to the author for this copy which I have reviewed honestly & voluntarily. I loved this book so much that I purchased a copy of this book as part of my forever collection as well.

Brittney Sahin is one of my favorite authors. She expertly weaves a story filled with action & drama without sacrificing the plot or character development. Her Stealth Ops series centers around two teams, Bravo & Echo, former Navy SEALs working to rid the world of bad guys, one mission at a time. Brittney’s stories are rich in details allowing the reader to visualize the people & setting and feel every emotional beat along the way.

Chasing Fortune was sensational! From page one Brittney Sahin puts you right in the center of the excitement. It's filled with fast paced sometimes heart pounding action, suspense, some oh wow I didn't see that coming moments, romance and sizzling steaminess. There's also human traffickers, smugglers, rogue CIA agents, treasure hunters and billionaire vigilantes. But most of all this is Chris Hunter and Rory McAdams story and it's just fabulous.

Chris was taken with Rory when he first saw her at A.J's sister's wedding. Trying to followup on that attraction proved to be a frustrating venture. Rory has recently curtailed her globetrotting adventures and has started putting down roots after having led a secret life that neither family nor friends knew about. When Chris finally catches up with her, she's surprised by his request for her to train a Belgian Malinois named Bear to be a a Team dog. They become embroiled in world of human and animal trafficking, smuggling and treasure hunters while trying to track down a dangerous threat to Rory. Falling for Chris wasn't in her plans but this easygoing, fun loving, protective man captured her heart and she sees beneath his persona to his demons hidden deep inside.
