Jake and Alexa met a year ago, spent a glorious week together then parted ways.
Roll on 12 months later and they find themselves together but under very different circumstances.
Great read, has you gripped from the beginning.

Each time I think I love Brittney's last leading man the best, I read her next book and find it harder and harder to decide who's my favourite. Again, she has written a great romantic suspense. Jake has lost his memory after a bombing and Alexa knows him from a week long relationship they had a year ago. The sexual tension before Jake gets his memory back is sizzling. I love the way Jake is drawn to Alexa feeling like he knows her, yet he can't remember anything after his college years. It really makes you feel like they belong together, because he has these stirring feelings without realizing he already knows her. Again, Brittney has written secondary characters that you also fall in love with and I was so worried at one point I actually had to put my phone down and breathe because I couldn't believe what had happened. I loved this story!

I have been waiting for Jake's story since book #1 of the Hidden Truth Series and I was not disappointed! I loved it! LOVED IT! This book definitely goes into my "read again" pile and has become my favorite book of this series (but I say that after I read every book of Sahin's!)...this time I mean it...I really do...until the next one...ask me again :) The anticipation of this release was exciting and thrilling and from the moment I read the first page, I did not want to put it down. I love a good amnesia story and Jake working through his memories made my insides tighten with a need to know !!!

The chemistry between Alexa and Jake is hot and weaved perfectly into a fast-paced, well-written book of suspense, intrigue, and action. Each scene is brought to live with vivid details and painted descriptions, drawing you in as if you're right there with Alexa and Jake...and let's face it, we all want to be right there with Jake. Their fight for their country and the fight for themselves and where to find a middle ground will wrench the strings of your heart. Another good read by Sahin!

Once you can get your head around who’s who, the book became interesting, possibly a bit long. Regardless it was worth the read with action and romantic suspense throughout. Do try the book you will enjoy it.

Wow, wow, wow what an intense, suspenseful, roller coaster of emotions, heart tugging book by Brittney Sahin. From the first page to the last I couldn't put it down and the detailed descriptions that the author wrote about the characters, the threat, the emotions I couldn't help but feel right in the middle of all the action as it jumped out from the pages at me.
Jake and Alexa are like the perfect power couple with all their talents as secret agents and as they work together to bring down a terrorist the feelings they had for each other when they had a week together come back. Alexa has an advantage as she remembers Jake but Jake doesn't remember Alexa as he has amnesia but still feels a strong connection to her. Another surprise to both of them is that neither knew that the other was actually a secret agent, Jake an FBI agent and Alexa an M16 agent. As they work together with the governments they become close again and when he finally regains his memory he remembers what happened between them. As they race against the clock to stop the terrorist attack they both have to put all their talents together to be able to win.
An amazing and intense book where both Jake and Alexa were strong people and where I found myself fisting my hands, tensing my jaw and even had a few tears during the emotional times....WELL DONE Brittney Sahin.

Surviving the Fall is an action packed thriller. #4 in the Hidden Truths Series .

Jake is an FBI agent in counter terrorism and we met him in the previous books of the series. When we first see Jake he is surviving an explosion. However, As he comes to, he realizes he can't remember why he was in London, that he's an FBI undercover agent, or the last 12 years of his life. Alexa, is a British MI6 operative working on a fairly new terrorist group. She's asked bye her handler to find out what the American knows. When she sees Jake, she realizes he's "Mr. New Years Eve", the same man she had A week fling with the previous year.

What follows is a cat and mouse game of Terrorist versus Agents. Hang on to your seat, because this is a wild ride. I was sucked in right from the beginning, and couldn't stop reading!!! Definitely recommend!!!!

The sensual and sexual love fuel between Jake and Alexis is so chemical charge it can't get any better. Jake is goes though so many twist and turns on FBI Assignment to losing his memory and Alexia is the key to helpjng (plus her Mi6 counterparts) because for some reason there is a connection Jake is trying to figure out but he has amnesia. And, Alexia is MI6, what a muster behind mysterious event. I'm in which Jake's military brother Ben must step in to help, BIG TIME. But the dynamics between Jake and Alexa is romantically breathtaking.

Must read. And couldn't put my Kindle down!!!
