Nous proposons dans cet extrait, un résumé des riches enseignements dispensés par le frère THEODORE, pendant la croisade de 40 jours de jeûne et de prière du 15 Octobre au 23 Novembre 2018. Cette croisade de prière était entre deux phases de notre ministère et nous avons été grandement bénis par notre Dieu qui nous a donné comme promis, les explosions, les extensions et les expansions.

Il était donc question pour notre leader de donner une base nécessaire pour tout le ministère afin que nous conservions toute la moisson que Dieu nous a donnée (Juges 11:24).

Ce résumé est en fait un guide d'enseignement, un document de travail, un guide pédagogique de la pensée de notre leader et aussi un guide pour les sujets de prière d'impact des enseignements du Frère THEODORE pendant la croisade.

There are the general purposes of God and the distinct purposes of God that He entrusts to specific individuals, groups of individuals, communities, and even to a Spiritual Movement. Both kinds of callings are documented in the Scriptures and all serve the economy of God’s purposes.

To Zach Fomum and those that God called along with him, a distinct economy of the Gospel was entrusted that translated into a clear goal. The pursuance of that goal through obedience to God’s specific instructions has gradually clarified the will of God and the means of accomplishing His purposes. God’s will, God’s ways, our responsibility, who we must be, what we must do to please God, and accomplish our goal, are presented here as constituting our ministry.

This is written for all who are part of our ministry, and for all who will be part of this ministry, so that we may serve in the same spirit for the same purpose and, by accomplishing the goal, bring glory to our Lord Jesus.

La pratique de "l'église" traverse un changement radical de paradigme, passant des rassemblements de masse, alias les méga-églises, aux organes de formation de disciples. Dans ce livre, L’Église de maison dans les desseins éternels de Dieu, Theodore Andoseh décrit de manière pratique ce qu'est une église de maison et tout ce qui entre dans sa forme et son expression.

Les églises de maison sont les auberges, les auberges de Dieu. Elles sont les tabernacles de Dieu. L'église de maison est un lieu d'accueil pour

• des personnes qui n’ont reçu que le ministère des premiers soins.

Les églises de maison sont là pour prendre soin, guérir, nourrir, garder et veiller sur les gens de sorte que

• ce qui a été ramené de la rue ne retourne pas à la rue,
• ce qui a été pris de la main du voleur ne retombe pas dans les mains du voleur.

Les messages contenus dans ce livre, ont été prêchés du 15 au 18 décembre 2016 lors de la 3e conférence internationale sur la croissance des églises donnée par le frère Theodore Andoseh à Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire). Ces conférences visent la croissance des églises.

A travers des paroles fortes, l’orateur décrit le ministère pastoral comme n’étant pas un poste mais une vie, un engagement et le sacrifice. Ce fut l’occasion pour lui de révéler son fardeau de voir que nos pasteurs grandissent dans leur amour pour Jésus afin que leur ministère pastoral puisse aussi grandir et afin que les différentes ramifications de leur ministère pastoral puissent s’éclore. Puisque c’est à travers un ministère pastoral efficace que nos églises connaîtront la croissance. Car la croissance est la voie toute tracée par Dieu pour libérer davantage de bénédictions. C’est aussi pour lui l’occasion de partager avec ses co ouvriers l’expérience de plus de trente ans de ministère pastoral.

Le cri de notre cœur c’est que ces messages amènent à l’existence des pasteurs selon le cœur de Dieu pour notre ministère et pour le reste du Corps de Christ afin que nous soyons en train de bâtir un solide fondement.

Écrasé par le fardeau de voir toutes les promesses de Dieu à notre ministère s’accomplir dans le contexte d’une œuvre missionnaire croissante, le frère Theodore Andoseh a donné une série de conférences internationales sur la croissance des églises.

La première, qui portait sur « l’importance critique des effectifs pour l’accomplissement des desseins de Dieu » met en relief que le niveau de leadership d’un dirigeant dépend de ses effectifs. Aussi notre héritage personnel, notre héritage en tant que peuple de Dieu dépend de nos effectifs. Les bénédictions de Dieu sont libérées en proportion de nos effectifs. Dieu a besoin de grands effectifs pour nous donner tout ce qu’Il a pour nous.

Dans ce livre, l’auteur aborde des sujets tels que :

• L’importance critique des effectifs dans les desseins éternels de Dieu
• La croissance et le leadership
• Le modèle d’églises ayant connues la croissance dans le nouveau testament

Les messages contenus dans ce livre ont été prêchés du 23 au 27 décembre 2015, lors de la deuxième conférence internationale sur la croissance des églises à Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire). Cette conférence a porté sur LE MINISTERE D’EVANGELISATION ET L’EGLISE LOCALE.

Ces messages sont un cri de cœur de l’orateur celui que chaque croyant vive sous un sens de responsabilité personnelle d’évangéliser. En effet se basant sur l’exemple de Philippe l’évangéliste, Il argumente que chaque croyant doit vivre sous un sens de devoir d’évangéliser. Le devoir de rendre témoignage incombe à tous ceux qui sont des croyants. Par sa vie, ses œuvres, ses paroles, le croyant devrait atteindre ceux qui ne sont pas encore sauvés et les amener à la foi. En faisant l’œuvre d’un évangéliste, un dirigeant spirituel maintient un sens de direction et c’est en faisant l’œuvre d’un évangéliste que chaque dirigeant maintient un sens clair dans la direction intérieure.

Dans la même pensée, il est aussi question de comprendre le fonctionnement de l’église locale. Comment l’œuvre de Dieu qui découle de l’église locale et l’œuvre de Dieu qui découle de l’apôtre entre en synergie à travers des relations et serve le dessein de Dieu.

A travers ces conférences, c’est toute une formation donnée dans le but d’avoir de vraies églises, de vrais évangélistes et pasteurs qui rendent un culte agréable à Dieu.

This book “The Missionary as a Son” is a lecture delivered by Theodore W. Andoseh to missionary candidates during a session of the School of Knowing and Serving God, the missionary training arm of Christian Missionary Fellowship International.

In this book, the author explains who a missionary son is and how to become one. The Lord Jesus Christ is the model missionary son. The one preoccupation of the Lord Jesus Christ as a son of God and as a son of man was to complete the work of his Father, the one who sent him and thus bring glory to him. By this God was setting forth the blueprint for His missionary enterprise.

God will expect all missionaries to begin as sons and go for him as sons: sons of God and sons of men. The pathway to belonging to a man is to fully belong to God. You cannot relate accurately to a man of God unless you know how God speaks and relates to him. You cannot become the son of a person you do not admire. Without admiration, you do not see what is glorious in a man. By a natural process, we put on those whom we admire. Ministry is the fruit of a relationship with God. Where there spiritual union and communion with God there will be fruit.

We send out this book with a deep cry that God will visit all missionaries and all missionaries candidates and perform a spiritual heart surgery to produce missionary sons after the model of Christ.

The world is going through a cyclone of uncertainty, and nothing resembles the normalcy we have known for so long. Nothing at all! Health and moral crises are soaring.
