I was referred to a recipe from the book, fennel & scallion with chicken breast, which I loved, but I found vegetables like fennel undercooked (better to steam it first?) while scallions were perfect. Also, chicken didn't have a nice crust so I let it in the oven for a bit longer. I love the combination of spices, tart, herbs and different textures. Tonight cauliflower with sweet potatoes and yoghurt sauce, it's already smelling good but after 20 mins cauliflower was still undercooked, might be my oven though. I will check and adjust every recipe but I love the different combinations :D
