It includes scenes from alternative points of view as well over 50k words of additional content and scenes which have never before been revealed. I have been waiting for this book for a while now. I wanted to see the other side of the coin. What were the heirs thinking? What made them do what they did?
This book was everything I wanted and even more.
I didn't think I could hate Lionel more than I did but it's possible, my hatred for him is even stronger and fiercer.
Reading this book made me understand to another Level that some events were bound to happen, needed to happen, even though each time I re-read I wish something
wouldn't go bad or else.

If you haven't read them yet I highly suggest reading till book 5 or 6 in Zodiac Academy, it will help you reading this book to remember that now you like the heirs. It will help to no hate them too much 😂😂😂.

I got my fix of Zodiac with this book and now I got a taste I need more.

I don’t usually reread books, it bores me… but even if I found some parts a little long (only because I already knew the story) I almost preferred this version … I fell in love with Darius all over again , Even if I didn’t want to forgive him .. I did (a little) I loved being in his head ! So of course It made me want to read the rest ... I forgot how this series had frustrated me.. I can’t wait for sequel !!

This was a fascinating insight into the Heirs & Orion's viewpoint of the twins arrival in Solaria! Their Parent's anger, that's placed on their shoulders, to deal with. The very real concern that they'd be bad for the people because of their lack of knowledge and the pressure to break the girls spirit before they can control their immense power!💥

I enjoyed reading 'The Awakening' from this perspective. It was fresh and gave a more accurate view of the entire situation. I know for sure I don't like Seth, I never have & this book didn't change my opinion, maybe #7 will!? I did like reading the guys pov on the girls & what their romantic feelings were, I loved discovering that Max liked Geraldine all the way back here!😍

If you’ve ever read a book and thought ‘ I’d love to know what the other main characters thought about this’ then you’ll understand why I’m so excited about one of my favourite series being released with different points of view.
Book one of Zodiac Academy is told from Tory and Darcy’s POV, and there were definitely a few times when I needed to know the guys feelings.
As always with this writing duo the book had me losing sleep trying to get to my favourite scenes. Although we know the outcome of the first book there was still so much more to learn. Darius, Orion, Max, Caleb and Seth had so much happening behind the scenes. I loved seeing the initiations but from Seth and Darius POV. Seeing some of the friendships from the inside is perfection. Although I was tempted to forgive the guys for some of their harsher bullying because of this book I am still firmly an A.S.S member. Sorry Heirs keep your H.o.r.e.s away.

As an avid reader of this series and these authors I had no doubt this was going to deliver, and boyyo, it did!

As the product deets suggest, this is a re telling of the first book in the ZA series - the awakening but we get to dive into the boys minds and find out what they were really thinking at pivotal points of the beginning of this story.

If you’ve read the rest of the books in this series available AND then read this one it really does help to put it all into prospective but it’s not entirely necessary to wait as there’s no spoilers! Just make sure you read the awakening first 🥴

Personally I loved it, I’ve always been a strong fan of Darius 🐉 but this one really made me fall utterly in love with Lance 💙. I’m certainly re-annoyed with these boys and if the aim of this story was to butter me up and forgive them… it didn’t work 🤣

This is the first book in the Zodiac series but told from the boys POV.
I was definitely curious before I started reading. I didn't believe it would change much for me though. Well I was wrong. Not only did this help remind me of how mean and manipulative the boys were back in the beginning but it shed light on the boys character development and sometimes quick change of heart in later books.
The story picked up pace and quickly became an unputdownable page turner for me. The last 10% in particular was captivating and illuminating.
I also felt there were a few breadcrumbs being dropped for later books. So I'm going to go for a full series so far reread!
This is definitely a welcome addition and hopefully a sign that we may see more of the books from the boys POV soon!

I don't usually enjoy books from a different pov, usually they are just the same chapters written from the other side with no real added value. This was very different however.
I adore these guys and seeing them develop in the series has been amazing. We always knew the type of things that happened to cause the series of events but reading it more really brings it home.
It was also nice to see the softer side of them and it makes me adore them all the more.
I cant wait for books 7&8, it's one of my favourite series.
