Do men like him exist?
Men who feel, know what they want and go for it?
Hope's not dead.

Nope, I'm not going to talk about the short, how it's written and possible ''flaws''.
I liked the MC qnd that's enough for me.

Faisant partie d'une série ce roman s'inscrit dans un univers bien particulier et c'est bien la le problème avec cette série. Il faut dire que les romans se ressemblent beaucoup même si au fond c'est un peu ce qu'on leur demandent.
En résumé, un bon roman pour filles mais je pense qu'il faut espacer les lectures entre les différents tomes.

I simply adore this series and this is a re read for me but I recommend this series to anyone. If you like fiesta females, alpha males and some intrigue then this is a series for you.

November is new in town after finally getting to know her dad after her mother told her he didn’t want her they managed to connect and are now building the relationship they both want and after November is attacked she decides to love from New York to Tennessee. Moving away from her mother is no hardship she’s been mentally destroying her since childhood. She is just making a new start with her real family when she meets Asher Mayson, he’s cocky, rude, arrogant and I known player but even after all that she can’t help but fall for him. But can he really be falling for her or is she going to get her heartbroken again?

Asher Mayson took one look at November and BOOM he’s found what he always dreamed of only she’s hanging on the arm of someone else. He’s never believed in the family stories of falling at first sight but now she’s in his life and after he finds out that she’s the newly arrived daughter of Mike he’s going all out to make her his. But she’s in danger from someone can he keep her safe or will she be taken from him, one things for sure he’s not going to stop fighting to keep her.

You can’t help but fall in love with all the characters in this book and rush to read their stories. Easily a five 🌟 read.

This is awful! Really terrible. The heroine cries on every page! Like seriously ut was like every single page she cries. It's so flipping ridiculous and annoying. She says 'she goes in to an Asher fog' on practically every page and he kisses her nose on practically every page! It's awful. Completely juvenile and so immature I cringed. All the men are sexist pigs who shag every girl in town and all the women are slutty bitches, except of course for the heroine and the heroine in the next book. Shocker. Not.

The author goes on for a page about how the heroine loves dresses, always wears dresses, apparently there's no work or time involved in wearing dresses, adding jewellery to dresses, a jacket and sandals to dresses is so easy and quick, yet apparently the author thinks it takes forever to pick a pair of boots to match your sweater if your wearing pants cuz you can't wear a dress! Frigging seriously wasting my time with this inane drivel!

The writing is a very basic list style, with lots of 'I did this, then I did that, then I did the other'. Scenes are lacking detail. Including the very boring sed scenes. There are missing words, missing letters from words etc. Complete rubbish! Couldn't stand to read any more of this. DNF. Will not be reading this so called author again.

Most of the book is written in the female leads pov, the odd chapter is from the male lead.
November was a great character, completely gullible, naive, tender, caring,yet a little fiesty, and fun. The male lead was the complete opposite, moody, suspicious, grumpy, and a manwhore caveman. I think she was too trusting too soon, and no matter how beautiful and hot he was I wouldn't have given him the time of day!
Anyway, overall it Was a cute, quaint read, not particularly dramatic or action filled, with plenty of sex scenes, ( sex scenes that were very repetitive!)
Needed a good editing but did enjoy. Found it free.

I wanted to like this book more than I did in the end.
The lead characters are great; Asher is very alpha male with a strong protective loving streak, November is a typical girl with curves she doesn't love but accepts and she can get ready in her dream closet to go out and play in the dirt.
However I struggled to find any real depth to the characters and felt like I only knew them on the surface, the pace of the book was so fast that some things were dropped in then glossed over, Asher was in the Marine Corps!? I was just left wanting to know more and learn about them.
Another downside to the fast pace was that I was sometimes caught off-guard by the sudden jumps - in 1 sentence she/they are here, in the next she/they are somewhere (or time) completely different, although that may have just been an editing/formatting issue that paragraph spacing would have resolved.
Overall I liked it well enough to say I may pick up books from the rest of the series in the future, but not enough to do a binge-read.

This is a start to a great series. Four brothers who all experience the 'boom' when they meet the woman for them. None of them really believe in it and anyway they are having fun sleeping with half the country.
I DO NOT like man-whore books and all the brothers are infamous but I have to say Asher is made to work for it.
November comes to live with her dad as she had been living with her mother (who really doesn't deserve that description). People don't know November's dad has a daughter so this leads to a hilarious misunderstanding when Asher first meets he.
November is a little dramatic and OTT for me but each to their own, she is very much in need of a good loving man and despite Asher's past and the fact that he has a lot to learn about how to treat a woman he tries his hardest to be just that.
There are some touching scenes with her dog 'Beast'.
We are introduced to the other members of the family including the other three brothers who each go on to have their own books.
