I just love this one, Matt and Noah’s story is just beautiful !! Matt was outed in the worst way possible, to save his football career, his agent (Damon) organises a PR stunt with his friend Noah to be Matt’s fake boyfriend. If Matt is in love and not available, the fact that he’s gay should not be taken into account compared to his stats ! Their débute is difficult, Matt is angry at his situation, he lives and breathes football, meanwhile, Noah does it to piss off his dad. But, from the moment they really start learning about each other, they discover that there is maybe more to this fake relationship than they thought at the beginning. They’re a perfect couple in this series, their love is beautiful 😍

Both guys felt genuine. No apologies for who they are, they just accept each other. There were no annoying back and forth, no unnecessary drama.

Really enjoying this series. Book 2 has characters from previous book and have strong role here too. But this is Matt and Noah’s story and what a story. Both have suffered at the hands of their parents, one a dirt poor family in Tennessee, the other filthy rich in New York

Matt’s career in NFL has come to a halt because of a photo taken in a Gay Nightclub. No club seems to want him now but luckily he meets an old college friend, Maddox who gives him hope and introduces him to his boyfriend Damon who is in the throes of starting as a Sport Agent.

Damon comes up with a plan which involves getting a boyfriend for Matt to show he is in a stable relationship.

Noah doesn’t do relationships, but when he meets Matt on the 5 day cruise where it’s planned for them to get to know each other, his heart starts to say differently.

These two guys are adorable, Matt is so good and kind to his brothers and sister and his friends. Noah behaves like an entitled snob sometimes, until his walls start to crack and crumble, at last.

I have been dying to read this book since meeting Matt and Noah in book 1, Damn it did not disappoint!!!!!
Trick Play was everything I could have ever wanted and more <3
I freaking loved reading and experiencing the journey these guys go on, from hating each other to being absolutely crazy in love <3
At times I wanted to knock their heads together and tell them to just go for it!! Tell him how you really feel!! But I did really fall in love with Matt and Noah from the beginning, I couldn't put this book down I had to keep turning the pages to see where the story would lead
I just don't have the words worthy enough to explain how truly awesome this book is.... just wow
Eden Finley has become of my fave authors, and this series is definitely a fave, I can't wait to read the next few books about the guys we have met in this book.. I'm definitely looking forward to Talons book and really really want JJ /Jet to get his own book...
I will be praying the next book is out soon ,;)
Freaking amazing read... 5 starts is not enough for this brilliant book <3

I have been looking forward to a new release from this author, I just love Eden's writing style. Her stories always flow beautifully and there is more story/plot than filling the book out with endless sex scenes. Don't get me wrong, there is enough sexy time to wet any readers appetite.

I really enjoyed Matt and Noah's story. Both characters are adorable in their own way and the relationship between them builds throughout the book - it didn't feel rushed or forced.

I would without a doubt recommend this book to anyone who loves a good plot with adorable men...

This is a bit of romance well written characters you sympathise, and care are likeable. It is given depth and not rushed which makes it even more enjoyable. The term “old money” is quite amusing from an English perspective as we speak in hundreds of years they see it as going back 80 years. One thing is common there clearly must be just as many gay or bi players in American Football just as normal football (not being narrow minded but no plays American football outside of America) yet to this day no one is out so still a gentle exploration in unchartered waters.

This is fast becoming one of my favourite MM series ever. I can't believe it has taken me so long to read it. I absolutely adored Matt and Noah together. Their relationship arc was amazing. I loved their banter and their HEA was perfection 🥰
