Threads of Time is a 7-in-one book novella by seven authors. Each novella is stetched together around a special quilt that was quilted for a marriage bed of a young couple. However, this quilt is never used for the intended couple. Instead, it travels from one owner to many owners over the years. Each owner finds something special about the quilt, even though it has been worn, tattered and patched many times over. Along the quilts travels we meet different people with different problems and circumstances that are affected in a positive way by this quilt. Some of the characters we meet in and around Nebraska are: a widowed mother and circuit-riding preacher; a widower and local postmistress; an interview with a Titanic survivor; a Vietnam veteran and a young woman's shattered hope; an estate auctioneer and antique dealer. Each story tells of their trials, tragedies, joys, love, restored hope, faith and God's love and faithfulness.

~~I received an e-book copy of this book from Darlene Dodds Wells for my review~~
The only thing I was confused about was where the characters in the last few stories came from. They didn't really flow with the rest of the book. However, the authors made it work for them without taking away from the storyline or message.
Yes, there are a few grammatical errors and name bloopers here and there, but who is perfect? They also have an updated version out without the mistakes. I encourage readers of all ages to shell out two bucks and indulge in this book. You won't regret it.
