A good friends lovers romance.

When Paige gets persuaded to rent one of her rooms temporarily to her best friends brother she's a little shocked to find the hottie on her doorstep. The boy who was once her friend's little brother, who used to follow them around is definitely now all man.
A lot of chemistry and the sexy times begin as Paige and Cannon fight their undeniable attraction. Fun and games, skirting around feelings, Paige is afraid what her lifelong best friend will think and the secrets commence, I loved it and who can deny a hot sexy doctor who definitely knows a thing or two about anatomy.

The Room mate was a hot sexy and flirty read with great characters.

A good story with lots of hotness. A light and sexy read with no major dramas.

Told in first person dual pov.

I listened to this on audio and I liked the female narration but found the male sounded too much like Hannibal Lecter and too old for the character which was a little distracting at first but I blocked that out and concentrated on the story which had me hooked from the beginning.

I would definitely read more of Kendall Ryan's books a great example of contemporary romance with a good balance of everything a romance reader wants.

For being my first Kendall Ryan read it didnt disappoint me at all.. fab fun easy read!
I managed to fall into this book so easily and didnt leave again until the very end lol
So Paige and Allie are bestfriends and always have been... and then Allie asks for Paige to put up her younger brother Cannon for 2 months as hes between houses.
Paige is hwad strong independent and thinks shes happy.. until she realises how lonely she actually is.
Cannon is a bit of a playboy meeting women when he can while training to be a doctor... then troubles with an ex leaves him homeless.
The fun and banter between these characters is instant and so easy to read... it just makes you want to beg for a HEA pretty early on in the read.
Look forward to reading more by Kendall over time.

Cannon needs to find a new place to sleep after his ex trashed his place and got him evicted. His sister asks her best friend Paige if she can help him for a couple of months. The guy who turns up is one very handsome man now and the tension soon builds up between them. They try to keep it secret from his sister but things don't always work that way.

Cannon is Paige's best friend's younger brother. Allie asks Paige to let him stay with her for two months after he had been evicted. He should be off limits but now that he has become a hot, almost doctor, Paige finds him difficult to resist. Cannon has always lusted after Paige and is more than willing to have a casual fling with her. Relationships become strained between Allie, Paige and Cannon when Allie discovers the connection that has developed between her friend and brother.
