The reason why I even brought this book because I am the type of person to erase of the positive things about myself with the one negative comment I hear and this book successfully touches on people who thinks touches like me. In a way, this book has helped me deal with my body dysmorphia and just find the good things in the bad and not the other way round, I definitely give this book a 5/5 stars and recommend this book to people, possibly teens specifically as they’re at an age where they face criticism from the world and beauty standards allocated by other people to make them feel less of them selves. But honestly I think everyone should get this book , it’s great!

This book is well written and easy to read and when followed can help anyone in improving their thinking pattern by changing certain ways of behaviour. Repetition is the answer to change, therefore what you learn you must consistently practice it like a ritual to reap the desired outcome. But for those who merely want to learn without practicing, this is still a good book that adds knowledge to the reader. Maybe the new learnt knowledge can be used trivially at a dinner party to display intellectual pomposity.
