This is how I felt reading this book. I was standing at the edge of the sea watching a wave in the distance rolling towards me. As it got closer it gradually became larger and larger until it totally engulfed me and carried me out to sea. It tossed me around rolling up and down until it finally brought me back to land. What a ride that was!

At first I wasn't too excited by the story but as I continued reading it grabbed me and didn't let go till the end. Sometimes I forgot to change the pov when reading and would have to go back a little but I got used to it.

Just to clarify, I loved this story. It was different and unique as both Jackson and Amy fell in love with two different people who were really the same person. If you are confused you need to read the book. I loved the banter, wit, advice and even the rudeness exchanged between Jackson and Amy in their emails. I loved the slow burn, the suspense (will they, won't they?), the love that was created via emails, texts and messaging. Despite the misunderstandings, Jackson did not give up on Amy and there was a HEA! Sigh!

If you don't read this book you will miss a fun ride. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful love story. I wasn't sure I liked the way it was written to begin with but then I got into the story, fell in love with the characters and couldn't put it down until I found out what happened. Love a story that engrossed you and takes you along for the ride. If you love HEA, you won't be disappointed.

The first half of this was fun and light and easy to read, but I felt like the second half was completely different novel and lost a lot of what made me enjoy the first part. But I think it was mostly personal preference that made me not enjoy it as much towards the end, so I would still recommend it. If you’re looking for an epistolary romantic novel with some secret identities and a bit of angst, this could be for you.

Quite a lot of the book is taken up with email text, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Starts off snarky then smooths out as their working relationship heads in a different direction. All without even seeing each other. Such a brilliant idea, and such a great read.

Struggled with the book as the first 20% was dialogue through emails and took a while to understand the characters which didn’t happen till half way through. Once it got going was good but didn’t like the emails taking up so much of the story.
