A great story

This was such an amazing book that I couldn't put it down and had to read it from start to finish. This book had a lot of Sass and adventure featuring a cocky yet totally gorgeous Alpha Male business man who knows what he wants and will do whatever it takes to make it big and we have a beautifully smart headstrong and determined young woman who joins Max's company as is her dream to prove to herself and her Father (Sprem Donor) that she's just as good as any of her step Brothers and can make it on her own without financial benefits it doesn't hurt that her Boss is Hot...

The story kept going even if there were some parts that dragged on a bit. I especially liked how Harpers and Max's story intertwined together showing their fiery chemistry that exploded at will and there innate ability to drive each other crazy to distraction. Their passion was like fire and I even had a fan myself once or twice (which means there's a few very good scenes 😉) but all in all a great book that I very much enjoyed.....

After a few dark romances I was looking for something light, sweet and romantic and that's exactly what I got with the first in this series. A massive thank you to @red.reads for pushing me to finally take the plunge and read something by Louise Bay. This series plus The Mister series have been high on my TBR thanks to Chelsea's reviews so I finally bit the bullet and started with this series.

An office romance is one of my favourite tropes and this had all the aspects I love about it:

✔️ Dominating boss
✔️ Badass heroine out to prove a point
✔️ Hero being turned on by heroine's intellect

This had an added single dad trope and Max was the swooniest single dad. I loved the comedic relief Amanda and her interactions with Max added to the story. I highly recommend for lovers of office romances. There were so many great secondary characters that I can't wait to see where the rest of the series goes.

I literally just finished this book and I had to make a post about it, it’s that good😍

I absolutely flew through this book, I simply couldn’t put it down. The characters were entertaining and three dimensional, and the plot was interesting and well written. I was rooting for Harper and Max from the very beginning, and I wasn’t disappointed AT ALL!

Harper is a junior at Max’s firm on Wall Street and she seemingly can’t do anything to impress her new boss. But little does she know, he’s impressed in more ways than one. When they finally come together, pun not intended, it’s explosive. Their chemistry is off the charts, but work and pleasure must remain separate... so they say👀

But Max has another side to him that Harper doesn’t know about. He has a teenage daughter. Amanda is absolutely hilarious. She made me kinda miss being a 14 year old girl. Her sheer optimism and naivety is blinding, I just love her and her constant attempts to set her dad up on dates. She was easily one of my highlights in this book.

The epilogue is stunning, I almost cried - but I’m not going to say anything else, because you need to go and find out what happens for yourself!

May the lord have mercy on your soul when reading this book. It will take over every part of your anatomy. Heart, mind, soul, lady parts. Once you start, there is just no way you will stop until you reach 'The End'. If you haven't picked up this book then it's definitely time you met Daddy Kink, I'm mean Daddy King. I don't know how the writer made my mouth water like she did, but by God, Louise Bay can tell a captivating story with the character living up to his title.

A young lady named, Harper is working in her dream job, she can't believe her luck and then of course some things are to good to be true. Her boss, Max King aka sex God of wall street is making her life a misery. Why? She has no clue, but she will not give up. She has many choice words for Max and none of them are in kind.

Max King, King of Wall Street, Sex King, Daddy King, Adonis King. You get the idea the man is talented, drool worthy but yet he's infuriating at least he comes off that way towards Harper. You know what his problem is? He's sexual frustrated. He could have any woman he wanted, but you know who holds his attention? Harper, bless that sweet, sassy, beautiful young lady. She is going to bring him to his knees without even realising the power she wields.

When things become complicated like they always do it's decision time for both King and Harper. The question is who will make the right decision? Yeah, men never do the right thing. It's in their genes to mess up. Aww but the making up is so hot.

This was such a thrilling story. I was excited to keep reading. The characters I absolutely fell in love with. I mean okay, you obviously know by now I have the hots for Daddy King, but even the other characters in this book were brilliant. This story is a must read. Could there be more King of Wall Street? God, I do hope so. I could read about him all day every day.
