Dublin coddle heaven.Commenté au Royaume-Uni le 15 septembre 2015
I've been an Amazon customer for many years but never felt the urge to leave a review, good or bad. Perhaps I should make more of an effort, particularly for purchases that do not hit the mark. This book, however, is beautiful! Even if you're not especially a fan of Irish food but love good, honest cooking, then this is for you. Having recipes for Dublin coddle and variations of champ really sold it for me. Buy this book. If you're looking for a present for a foodie friend or loved one, then buy this book. They will really appreciate it and you will earn serious brownie points!

What a huge book and such an array of recipes. I love Darina Allen's books as her recipe presentation is down to earth and easy to follow. Looking forward to doing a few meals from this particular book for my Irish mammy.
