Biographie de l'auteur

Tony Ross was born in London in 1938. He went to art school in Liverpool and has since worked as a typographer for design and advertising agencies. His cartoons have appeared in Punch, Town, Time and Tide and the News of the World. His first book Hugo and the Wicked Winter was published in 1972. Tony has since written over 100 books and illustrated over 2000! Two of his creations, Towser and The Little Princess have been turned into TV series.
Tony lives in Wales.

My 11 year old absolutely enjoyed this book and was excited to listen to me read a couple of chapters each evening. It was a lovely light hearted read that had my son laughing and excited to see what happened next. As always, there were some great characters, but my son's favourite will always be Raj who he hopes gets his own book one day. My son owns all of David Walliams' books and definitely seems to enjoy the earlier ones more, so was excited when this sequel came out

Having initially seen the tv version of Gangsta Granny by chance, then read the actual book and waiting to see it in March at a local theatre (we also watched it again on tv on Christmas Day this year), we just had to get the sequel! Can't wait to read it together as a family - an 8 year old and an 11 year old plus the adults!

Bought two copies as gifts ...pre ordered and i received them on the release day which was excellent ...on opening the packaging one of the book covers was torn on the back ....wanted to return as it was a gift but couldnt give one without the other so one grand daughter accepted the torn one 😘
