C’est une très bonne romance pleine de tensions aussi bien pour la différence d’âge, pour le lien employée/employeur, que pour les menaces autour de Wren, l’employée de Theo, qui est attiré par elle, et inversement, bien qu’aucun des deux n’osent se l’avouer, et garde son secret.
L’histoire est chaude, tendre, pleine de rebondissements, parfois un peu long par les sentiments non avoués, mais intense.

So the plot sounded really good. Wren is Theo’s publicity person. They have wanted each other for years, but neither of them acted on it. Then Wren was in a bad relationship with a controlling man. So it didn’t happen again. When he finally kisses her, you would think they would talk about it. Oh no, no, no! These two are so childish, that they avoid their feelings like it’s the plague!

When she is being stalked, she moves in with Theo, till it is sorted. They get closer and the inevitable happens and they sleep together. So after hanging in there, I’m thinking, finally! Until she walks out of his room, and tells him it was a drunken mistake!! Omg!!!

Theo’s no better either! MAN UP, AND TELL HER YOU LOVE HER!!! He sounds like a teenage girl, not a billionaire with a huge company!! He thinks things like, “Oh it’s so wrong, to fantasise about her in the shower. She’s my employee, it’s so bad! Just talk to her, like an adult!!!! 😡😡😢😢😢😡😡

Don’t get me started on the ‘terrifying’ stalker! It was very obviously someone hired by her ex. And no I’m not giving the plot away. It’s really obvious.

So to sum up. Boring plot, childish and weak characters, spelling mistakes, incorrect words and non existent punctuation at times. Really really not good! You have been warned!

I have to say I have bought lots of this authors books and loved so many of them.
This book wasn’t what I was expecting… I did like Theo & Wren from the start but then Wren annoyed me so much with her back and forth with Penn. Then when she accused Theo of making up the stalker issue and Penn I just didn’t like her especially after we hear her mantra at the beginning that her therapist told her about Penn and then she seemed to just forget it all.
I know they kissed them had sex a couple of times but it was 93% in to the book before they had “The Talk” about their relationship which was just way too late in the book for me.
The storyline was a good one but I just felt waiting as long as they did was a slow burn too long for me but I loved them once they got together.

Really enjoyed this book. There were a lot of moments when I wanted to bang their heads together as they were dragging their feelings towards each other but once they did ! Omg Theo is a dream. I liked Wren but the way she was letting her ex manipulate her made her a tad weak. I will for sure read more from this author.

Theo and Wren are a match made in heaven, if only they would the the plunge and say it. The by play between them and her ex Penn is riveting and at times frustrating. I read this from start to finish in 2.5 hours-- I just couldn't put it down !!!! Am looking forward to reading more from you --- Awesome !!!!!
