Not one of the best but an easy read

This is not one of the best books by this author (and I’ve pretty much read them all). It’s an OK story but for some reason I find it a bit disjointed as if it’s not sure what is supposed to be, a romcom? Full of angst? Romantic mystery? For me it fell short in all of these.

So first let’s get the nitpicking out of the way. Really needed proof reading by a Brit. So Heathrow airport has five terminals, you can just turn up looking for someone and wander into check-in and have a hope in heck of finding them. You can’t go through security without a boarding pass even if you are a super hot billionaire. You can’t just get married in a marquee in someone’s back garden - we’ll not if you want it to be legal. And that’s just a few. Also as an IT Manager of a humongous multi media company you are unlikely to do nformation management, data analysis, network configuration and data base administration, and I’m pretty sure a U.K. National can’t just turn up in Hawaii decide to live there and get a job legally.

So if you can get past these issues then the story is an ok read. Elliot is a bit of an idiot and I’m not sure even in the end he deserved his HEA after what he did. He still did what he did and as Kate asked “what if…?” Kate was a bit of a walk over to be honest. I wasn’t quite sure what to make of Daniel, don’t think there was enough character development and ultimately found him a bit bland. As for Elanor, again not enough character development. We didn’t get to know her well enough to really care about how she fitted into the story.

The twist at the end was a good one, and somewhat unexpected , but if I’m honest a bit contrived.

So what did I like? I liked Elliott when he was being funny, loved him with the animals and his brothers. Loved that we got to revisit Tristan (who thus far is my favourite Miles brother) and the very mischievous Harrison. The story hung together for the most part and I did like the characters and want them to find their HEA.

For me though this didn’t have the humour or the suspense or the angst of some of the better novels by this author.

I was looking forward to Elliot and Kate’s story and i have to say it did not disappoint! In true TL Swan fashion, this book has kept me captivated from the very first page. I laughed, cried and sighed but ultimately I was so happy and delighted by the ending. The character development was fantastic, the storyline kept you wondering for a long time so I couldn’t put the book down. Definitely a 5 star read for me!

I can honestly say I have never laughed so much as I have with this trilogy. & cried. But mostly laughed. Which isn't very funny when your reading it on a bus or train and you can't stop laughing (and everyone turns round to stare).
But who the hell cares. This trilogy is brilliant.
It's just lovely to read a book that makes me laugh out loud (especially in public) Well done, top marks from me.

Wow!! Elliot and Kates story is well worth the wait.

Just when you think your getting over the takeover up comes Elliot.

You will not be disappointed! Make sure you read in a day where you won’t be disturbed !

Can’t believe I’ve come to the end of this series so far and now have to wait for book 4. What a ride it’s been so far though. I have loved this series hard just like the other two this book was hot, funny I love TL style of writing and how her characters make me laugh out loud or keeps a smile on my face. I could have never of guess the plot twist I suspected the sister but that’s as far as it went. I didn’t like that Elliot left to go see if his heart was with the author I believe he shouldn’t have gone and left fate with Kate love it love.
On that note the ducks and the goat LOL horny goat night

Well what can I say, i’ve never really enjoyed reading before i’ve always avoided it due to my dyslexia.
However when I go on holiday I always read a book. And since I haven’t been on holiday in awhile I decided to read romance book and I i’m so glad that it was the stopover I read that book in half a day and while it grab me in I was engulfed by it. I write then with the takeover the next day and it’s took me a while as we were going out shopping on holiday, then Then I read Casanova and it has taken me 9 hours as I read it in the fight home. I know I’m not an experience book reader that I have never been grabbed by a book like how have been by the series of books. And believe me that must be hard to do as I hate reading normally. And I’ve not want to put these books down I just have to finish them they are bloody amazing and I cannot wait for the next one

What a great ending

My 2nd read of the Miles brother saga and I’m glad I did it.
Elliot and Kate are the lead characters and it’s been amazing to read their relationship growth and go from strength to strength.

As with all TL Swans stories, she brings them to life and you feel every ounce of emotion they do.

The twist at the end was brilliant. So glad Elliot got his serendipity. There are also laugh out loud moments I loved - especially with the ducks and how Elliot and Christopher handles it.

I hope a final installment on Christopher is around the corner! It would be a crime if it wasn’t.

I've read each one in the series. It did take some effort for me to decide to read this one, as each book has its pro's and cons - and the main reason I personally struggle with is each female's swap from hard against the man, to swooning in love in an instant. Which especially happened in this book. However, the story gripped me enough, and I enjoyed the obstacles Elliot and Kate faced as they realised they had a deep connection that was worth exploring. By the last few chapters, I was crying bucket loads (this is a good sign!). I absolutely loved the twist and how it all ended. Enchanted :)

This story between Elliott and Kate is absolutely amazing and my heart is now full after all their twists and angst. This series just gets better and better. The Miles men will take some beating. Bravo on this masterpiece

...where to start with this one?
I'm not going to mention anything about this story, you'll have to read it yourselves but, it's been a while since a book had my throat closing and tears welling up in my eyes, and T L Swan has managed to break that drought.
Humour, storyline and emotional impact of this book gave the feels on a level I've not had since reading the final pages of Fifty Shades of Grey(you know what part I mean), and I feel that I will now have to read totally different because this book has created the perfect book slump for me.
Read them all and enjoy 😉
