These two stories were written by Nan Gilbert the author of such classic petticoat punishment and transvestite stories as ‘Tales from a Pink Mirror’, ‘Adventures in Petticoats’ and ‘The Panty Raiders’. In THE RELUCTANT CISSY David, a star athlete, wanted to earn some money by taking a summer job. He was afraid he would never find one until he overheard one of his mother’s guests remark that La Cissy Boutique was looking for a delivery boy and having difficulty finding one willing to be seen carrying their parcels. DISCILINED is the story of Leslie, a bully, who has harassed Percy, the school sissy. Leslie’s Aunt has had enough and decides that Leslie needs a dose of petticoat punishment. Percy is delighted to see his tormentor transformed into a dainty little Miss. I commissioned Juan Puyal to illustrate these stories with over 10 drawings.

He is shocked to find the boys dressed as girls an that he Aunt expects him to join them in petticoats. He his assigned a personal maid, Suzette, a girl barely older than himself, who is responsible for his clothing, makeup and intimate hygiene. The summer is full of training in feminine mannerisms, shopping and visiting friends all to ‘Pauline’s’ great embarrassment. I commissioned Juan Puyal to illustrate this story with over 70 drawings.

Carole Jean Presents Petticoat Punishment Illustrated #17: Transformed (English Edition)

Transformed was Nan Gilbert’s story of Angela and Vernon. The two are spanked for various transgressions and take revenge by capturing and spanking the maid who had helped to deliver their punishments. This vile deed leads to Angela being prepared to be a maid in her former school and Vernon being forced to dress as a girl and learning that he is to attend that same school ‘Transformed’.
This was just the first half of Nan Gilbert’s story. The second half was never illustrated or published until now. I obtained a 50-year-old manuscript and divided it into 48 chapters in the tradition of Nan Gilbert’s published works. I them commissioned Juan Puyal to illustrate it in the style of the artist (Gene Bilbrew) who did the drawings for Part 1. Here is what happened to Vernon and Angela at school.

Nan Gilbert wrote and mailed Petticoat Punishment stories to his friend and artist Barbara Jean in the 1950’s. BJ drew marvelously detailed illustrations to accompany them. Nan named his lead character Robert as that was Barbara Jean's given name. This story was never published. I met BJ in the 1990s and we became good friends. I eventually acquired all of his art , photos and correspondence.
